I purchased the item for my brother. He is an incredible Grandfather and loves his Grandchildren. I had each of their names added to the bracelet. He is not an emotional guy, but was very touched by the gift. \\nIt was definitely a winner. \\n\\nThe only thing that i would change is making the names more legible. From the picture on line i was expecting the letters to be easier to see. \\n\\nThe quality and customer service was terrific.
